Rental Payment and Deposit Policy

Rental Payment Process:

Your Full Rental payment is due at CHECK IN. The Rental limits on the number of guests are based on our Well Water & Septic System capacity. The Rental limits on the number of guests are not to be exceeded day or night for the comfort and benefit of all our guests. Excess guest Fees: (*$100.00 Per Person/per nite for any additional guest).

 

Summer Weekly Rental Check IN is at 2 PM and Check OUT is at 10AM

 

BAD CHECK Fee: There is a $32.00 bank fee and an $8.00 handling fee for all bounced, returned or unpaid checks. Credit Cards are not accepted.

 

Deposit Policy:

 

Reservation Deposits are non-refundable after the respective Lock-in-Date (LiD ) unless we can re-rent your full reservation (There will be an administrative fee of $30.00 deducted from the reservation deposit when it is returned after the re-rental confirmation).

 

Reservation Deposits made by check prior to the LiD are to be dated for the LiD. Reservation Deposit checks will be presented and cashed at the Bank on the LiD. Fee: There is a $32.00 bank fee and an $8.00 handling fee for all bounced, returned or unpaid checks. Credit Cards are not accepted.

 

The Security/Damage Deposit is the conversion of the Reservation Deposits upon arrival (check-in) and will be returned after 30 days of when the rental ends (check-out), (most within 15 days) less any additional rental charges, damage fees or extra cleaning expenses from not following the Cleaning Policy.

 

Deposit Lock-in-Date (LiD): Reservation Deposits JANUARY 1st for Summer/Spring& Fall; JULY 1st for Winter Season

 

Deposit Lock-in-Date(LiD) Policy: Before the Lock-in-Date (LiD), your reservation can be changed or canceled without penalty, loss or fees. Reservation Deposits are non-refundable after the respective Lock-in-Date(LiD) 

 

The Reservation Deposits become the Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival and will be returned within 15 days after the rental ends, less any additional rental charges, damage fees or extra cleaning expenses.

 

Deposit Amounts:

$ 300 for each Summer Weekly Rental

$ 200 for Spring/Fall Weekend

$1000 for Winter Season  -- (Covers the Security/ Damage & Utilities).

 

Cleaning Policy:

Winslows’ Lawrence Point properties are clean & orderly when you arrive, you are encouraged to complete a walk through prior to Check-In. We expect the properties to be as clean upon your leaving at Check-Out. The Lawrence Point cleaning staff has less than three (3) hours of changeover time to sanitize and prepare the Rentals for the next guests on Saturdays in Summer.
